This was a trip so my parents could see the Resort decorated for
Christmas. This family trip included my parents and my younger brother
and his girlfriend. This was my daughters first trip and we
did pretty good at about $1800 for our family of four with air fare,
room and 6 days of park hopper passes.

This was a large family trip as my parents my older brother and his family
from PA, and my younger brother and his girlfriend all joined us for the
trip. I was in charge of booking and planning the trip. A nice
feature of this trip was My dad, my brothers and I hanging out at
the River Roost enjoying pitchers of beer and the entertainment.

My company was sending me to a Symantec Security Conference that was
being held at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. My wife, my
son (who turned 3 during the trip) went down a few days early and
stayed in a Savannah view room at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for $198
per night. My wife and son left on the day that the conference
started and my brother and his family were actually starting their
vacation then as well and we met up for a few evenings. Stayed

August 1998 |
|
This would be our last trip without kids. Even though our son
was recently born in June of this year, I was able to talk my wife into leaving him
with my parents. The fact that we had bought annual passes the previous
year that would expire at the end of August was integral in booking
this trip. We booked a quick
5 night trip to once again stay at Disney's Dixie Landings Resort.
This was our first trip without renting a car and without leaving
the WDW Resort area. We used a Town Car Service for the first
time and found it convenient and far less stressful then renting a car.
This was also the year that Disney's Animal Kingdom opened and it
cost us a grand total of $1.41 to add this park to both of our
Annual Passes. Stayed

This trip was my parents first stay on site. This was also our
last trip that we rented a car. We took a day trip to
Universal Studios Florida and ate off site one day because my father
complained about the high price of food on site (come to think of it
he complained about everything). We also bought Annual Passes
as it was more cost effective then the current length of stay passes
being offered at the time. Stayed
On site 9 nights Disney's Dixie Landings (now Disney's Port Orleans

November 1994 |

Disney's Wilderness Lodge opened in May of 1994 and for my 30th
birthday we went on a trip and stayed there for 7 nights, we got a
great price of $114 total per night which included taxes. This
was or first time staying full time in the resort and it sold
me on the idea of staying on site from then on. Although we
rented a car and did visit other parks off site we relied pretty
much on Disney transportation and ate most of our meals on site.
basically this trip changed my views on how I vacation at WDW.

May 1992 |
This was another typical Orlando vacation as we went to all three
Disney parks at the time (Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, MGM Studios),
Universal Studios Florida and Sea World. Up until this trip we still
ate all of our meals off site as we felt it was a waste of money
to eat on site. This trip was booked as a package with
Airfare, rental car, hotel and 4 day park hopper passes for less
than $1000 for 2 adults.

This was another cruise/WDW trip on Premier Cruise lines. This
was after the Disney MGM Studios and Universal Studios Florida had
opened. My first taste of staying on site. This was also our
fist time seeing the resort decorated for the holidays and our first
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Stayed

Around 1986/1987 |
| Not sure of when this trip
happened exactly but it was in May. This trip was a cruise/WDW
trip, back when not only was there a Premier Cruise Lines, but it was
the official cruise line of Walt Disney World Resort. This was
a "typical" Orlando vacation as we not Only went to the Magic
Kingdom & Epcot, but also Sea World. Stayed
3 nights Off site at the Quality Inn "High Q" in Orlando.

1983 First trip |
| I don't remember the exact time of year but I think it was late
spring or early summer. This was not really a WDW
vacation as some friends and I drove down to Florida for a week and
stayed a few nights in Fort Lauderdale followed by a few nights in
Orlando. We visited the Magic Kingdom for one day and Epcot
for one day. As an 18 year old I was not impressed with my
first trip. Stayed
